Kjetil Eide and Øyvind Håvarstein Hustoft founded Ansett AS in 2010. Kjetil had many years of experience as a logistics manager in several of the largest logistics companies in the district, but found that the recruitment and staffing companies operating in the district were unable to deliver the level of personal service and follow-up that was desirable and necessary.
They wanted to create a recruitment and staffing company where customers and job seekers received personal service and follow-up - and that's still our vision today.
Ansett AS has been through both the oil crisis in 2014 and Covid-19, which started at the beginning of 2020. Our strength has been our small organization that has been able to adapt quickly, good liquidity, no debt to credit institutions and solid customers.
This gave us the opportunity to go against the tide and in 2020, Kjetil and Bartek Momot started a new sister company - Ansett Byggteknisk og Industri Personell AS - with the same vision as Ansett AS, whose main goal is to provide staffing services for technical professionals. This was an unqualified success from day one.
From January 2023, both businesses will be combined into one company where the various activities will be assigned to the respective departments.
Today, we are several consultants dedicated to their representative areas of expertise and specialties. We believe that we have attracted some of the best local professionals who share the company's vision.
